Earlier this afternoon, Continental Airlines announced two new routes from Los Angeles and San Francisco to Hilo on the Big Island. This is a big announcement for Hilo as they currently do not have any non-stop flights to the U.S. mainland. The last carrier to serve Hilo from the U.S. mainland was ATA. Continental has not offered any great fare sales for this new route, however we expect to see one very soon and as always we will be the first to report it.

Hilo - San Francisco (1x Week on Saturdays)
Depart San Francisco 4:20pm – Arrive Hilo 6:40pm
Depart Hilo 9:20pm – Arrive San Francisco 5:20am
Hilo - Los Angeles ( Daily)
Depart Los Angeles 5:00pm – Arrive Hilo 7:40pm
Depart Hilo 8:55pm – Arrive Los Angeles 5:15am
