Today Mokulele Airlines received DOT approval to begin charter flights between Honolulu International Airport and Rockford Chicago beginning April 13, 2012. In May they will expand to London's Stansted Airport from Rockford beginning May 4, 2012. They will be utilizing a 218 seat Boeing 767-200ER aircraft. This will create a one stop flight between Europe and Hawaii.
Fares and schedules have yet to be announced, and we look forward to seeing what awesome deals they will have. This is defiantly very exciting news for Hawaii travelers.
