American Joins Fall Fare Specials!

First it was United, then Delta, now American has joined and is introducing some excellent special fares. Honolulu to Chicago (non-stop) or Washington D.C. (with stop over) starting at $180 each way. Hawaiian Airlines is offering a good deal to Manila! Honolulu to Manila for $591.00 roundtrip, taxes included. Currently Hawaiian and Philippine Airlines are the only two carriers that are offering service between Honolulu and Manila. I checked the same dates on Philippine Airlines, while the base fare was only $388 round trip, taxes alone were a whopping $326.70 which included a $270.00 fuel surcharge, that included brought the total to $714.70 round trip!!!
