Last week Wednesday we were the first to mention the $39 fare that both Mokulele Airlines and Pacific Wings were offering to Molokai. This week they are going even lower with a all new $29 fare special. This fare includes their "bags fly free" promotion. Molokai is in the middle of a fare war between Mokulele and Pacific Wings which is a huge benefit for the residents and visitors of Molokai. Island Air has yet to match any of these low fare specials. Will the fare war continue? Will prices go even lower? We will just have to wait and see...

It seems like Inter-island airfare deals are starting to make a comeback. In the latest special, Island Air is offering fares starting at $52 each way. This is a minimum $10 savings compared to Hawaiian and go!mokulele. However go!mokulele is cheaper on the Molokai market with fares starting at $39 plus no baggage fees.
